El objetivo era permitir que aquellos que mostraban un inter\u00e9s definitivo en poseer una furgoneta Mercedes, recibieran las llaves de su Sprinter, Vito o Clase V el d\u00eda que se pon\u00edan en contacto.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"la-solucion-combinar-el-alcance-social-con-los-mensajes-de-whatsapp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>La soluci\u00f3n: combinar el alcance social con los mensajes de WhatsApp<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al pensar en formas de convertir clientes potenciales, Mercedes-Benz r\u00e1pidamente se dio cuenta de que WhatsApp ten\u00eda sentido.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una de las herramientas de comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizadas en Turqu\u00eda, con 41\u00a0millones de usuarios de WhatsApp en 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/forecasts\/1146270\/whatsapp-users-in-turkey\" data-creative-detail=\"Statista_WhatsAppUsersInTurkey_Link\" data-creative-type=\"link\" data-ms=\"{&quot;creative&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;creative_detail&quot;:&quot;Statista_WhatsAppUsersInTurkey_Link&quot;}\">seg\u00fan Statista<\/a>.<sup class=\"wab-note\" data-title=\"Proyecci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de usuarios de WhatsApp en Turqu\u00eda de 2017 a 2025, Statista, julio de 2021\">1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las campa\u00f1as digitales de Mercedes- Benz Turqu\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de los medios sociales captaban buenos clientes potenciales, as\u00ed que WhatsApp no quer\u00eda descartar estos anuncios. En cambio, la empresa plante\u00f3 la hip\u00f3tesis de que el uso de WhatsApp<i> con<\/i> las campa\u00f1as sociales ser\u00eda la mejor soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-dominant-color=\"684c3a\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #684c3a;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"842\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg\" alt=\"Dos personas conduciendo un auto al atardecer\" class=\"wp-image-645 not-transparent\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg 842w, https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg?resize=300,169 300w, https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg?resize=768,432 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para probar esta idea, Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda hizo un seguimiento del progreso de tres campa\u00f1as en el transcurso de un mes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>Habitual: <\/b>campa\u00f1a de generaci\u00f3n de clientes potenciales actual e intacta de la empresa sin WhatsApp (anuncios de medios sociales seguidos de formularios y a la espera de que los agentes se pongan en contacto)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>Clic a WhatsApp:<\/b> una campa\u00f1a nueva que presenta interacciones directas de WhatsApp (un anuncio con una llamada a la acci\u00f3n para iniciar una conversaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de WhatsApp)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>Habitual + clic a WhatsApp:<\/b> ambas campa\u00f1as activas simult\u00e1neamente (las aplicaciones actuales de medios sociales de la empresa con una llamada a la acci\u00f3n para iniciar una conversaci\u00f3n en WhatsApp en lugar de llenar un formulario)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda integr\u00f3 la API de conversiones de Meta con la Plataforma de WhatsApp Business para que las conexiones entre los eventos de marketing y las acciones de los clientes se pudieran rastrear de forma segura.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con cada uno de los tres m\u00e9todos de campa\u00f1a, Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda prob\u00f3 seis variaciones de anuncios orientadas en torno a diferentes atractivos para los clientes (como las capacidades de los veh\u00edculos). Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda no tard\u00f3 mucho en darse cuenta de que la campa\u00f1a combinada fue la m\u00e1s eficaz.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"los-resultados-incremento-del-93-en-las-conversiones\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Los resultados: incremento del 93\u00a0% en las conversiones<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante el uso de WhatsApp junto con los anuncios de medios sociales para facilitar la comunicaci\u00f3n directa con los clientes, Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda pudo aumentar los clientes potenciales y las conversiones. Con el nuevo enfoque h\u00edbrido, en tan solo un mes, la empresa not\u00f3 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">93\u00a0% de aumento de las reducci\u00f3n del costo por cliente potencial calificado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">44\u00a0% m\u00e1s de consumidores alcanzados con la misma inversi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de un mes tan exitoso, Mercedes-Benz Turqu\u00eda planea introducir los mensajes de WhatsApp a muchos otros canales, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las campa\u00f1as publicitarias de medios sociales.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo es responder las consultas directas de los clientes m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y acelerar el proceso de conseguir
