Por isso, escolheu o WhatsApp para alcan\u00e7ar suas metas.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/person-scrolling-on-phone-at-the-bank.webp\" alt=\"Pessoa rolando a tela do celular no banco\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 id=\"objetivo-automatizar-os-processos-para-aumentar-as-conversoes-sem-sobrecarregar-os-atendentes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objetivo: automatizar os processos para aumentar as convers\u00f5es sem sobrecarregar os atendentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Banco Mandiri precisava de um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o melhor, que explicasse as pr\u00f3ximas etapas aos clientes e liberasse os <a href=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/pt-br\/blog\/beyond-call-centers-and-native-apps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agentes de suporte<\/a> para lidarem com quest\u00f5es mais complexas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos os clientes do banco que realizam transa\u00e7\u00f5es acima de certo valor recebem uma oferta para converter as transa\u00e7\u00f5es de compra em parcelas convenientes. No entanto, para eles solicitarem o parcelamento, precisam primeiro verificar cada uma das transa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de firmar a parceria com o WhatsApp, o banco enviava mensagens de texto com URLs para verificar cada transa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, esse tipo de mensagem tem um limite de 160 caracteres, muito pequeno para explicar aos clientes com clareza o que eles precisam fazer e por qu\u00ea. De novo, os URLs enviados aos clientes ultrapassavam o limite de caracteres, por isso n\u00e3o inclu\u00edam as instru\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas. Sem saber como proceder, os clientes ligavam para as j\u00e1 ocupadas centrais de atendimento do banco em busca de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Banco Mandiri precisava de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para tornar as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es confi\u00e1veis e mais claras. Assim, os clientes entenderiam exatamente como verificar as compras e parcelar o pagamento.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"a-solucao-comunicacao-clara-e-eficaz-via-whatsapp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o: comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara e eficaz via WhatsApp<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escolher a Plataforma do WhatsApp Business foi f\u00e1cil, j\u00e1 que o WhatsApp \u00e9 um dos apps de mensagens mais populares na Indon\u00e9sia, com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/forecasts\/1144489\/whatsapp-users-in-indonesia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-creative-detail=\"Statista_WhatsAppUsersInIndonesia_Link\" data-creative-type=\"link\" data-ms=\"{&quot;creative&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;creative_detail&quot;:&quot;Statista_WhatsAppUsersInIndonesia_Link&quot;}\">aproximadamente 78,5 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios em 2021<\/a>, de acordo com a Statista.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para esse projeto, o banco tamb\u00e9m contou com a experi\u00eancia da <a href=\"https:\/\/damcorp.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-creative-detail=\"Damcorp_Link\" data-creative-type=\"link\" data-ms=\"{&quot;creative&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;creative_detail&quot;:&quot;Damcorp_Link&quot;}\">Damcorp<\/a>, parceira do WhatsApp. O objetivo era promover o crescimento dos neg\u00f3cios reengajando os titulares de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito pela Plataforma do WhatsApp Business.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro passo foi ganhar a confian\u00e7a dos clientes que se qualificavam para pagamentos parcelados. Para fazer isso, o Banco Mandiri apostou na familiaridade em suas mensagens. Conhecido pelos clientes da Indon\u00e9sia como &#8220;o n\u00famero m\u00e1gico&#8221;, o banco come\u00e7ou a incluir a linha de atendimento 14000 nas comunica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dessa forma, as mensagens ficaram casuais, e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, mais conveniente. Agora, gra\u00e7as ao WhatsApp, os clientes conseguiam receber informa\u00e7\u00f5es mais detalhadas sobre os parcelamentos e como acess\u00e1-los por URL.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m ficou mais f\u00e1cil o acesso dos clientes, caso necess\u00e1rio, aos agentes de atendimento. Bastava enviar uma resposta direta pelas mensagens do WhatsApp ou tocar no n\u00famero de servi\u00e7o 14000 para iniciar uma chamada.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/phone-displaying-messages-sent-from-bank-mandiri-t.webp\" alt=\"Celular mostrando mensagens que o Banco Mandiri enviou pelo WhatsApp\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para otimizar o processo de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, o Banco Mandiri se concentrou em simplificar o processo de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Os clientes receberiam notifica\u00e7\u00f5es push solicitando que verificassem a pr\u00f3pria identidade com uma resposta direta pelo WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para a confirmarem, receberiam um c\u00f3digo exclusivo, personalizado para incluir a data de nascimento deles, que poderiam usar para verificar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o enviada.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/conversation-between-bank-mandiri-and-customer-via.webp\" alt=\"Conversa entre o Banco Mandiri e um cliente pelo WhatsApp\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com essa parte crucial do processo de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o agora automatizado, as liga\u00e7\u00f5es para agentes ao vivo diminu\u00edram, e as aprova\u00e7\u00f5es de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7aram a aumentar.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Aumentando a quantidade de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es push com a automa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Banco Mandiri consegue emitir mais cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito para clientes eleg\u00edveis e, assim, aumentar a receita proveniente das compras com cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito&#8221;, explicou Sunarto Xie, vice-presidente s\u00eanior do banco.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"o-sucesso-um-aumento-rapido-nas-taxas-de-conversao-e-na-receita\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O sucesso: um aumento r\u00e1pido nas taxas de convers\u00e3o e na receita<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao longo de 2021, o WhatsApp se tornou o principal canal de convers\u00f5es do Banco Mandiri, ultrapassando rapidamente o volume das convers\u00f5es por SMS, televenda, central de atendimento, site e app m\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No momento, o WhatsApp \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 37% de todas as convers\u00f5es do Banco Mandiri. A simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de dois processos essenciais pelo WhatsApp, o cadastro de parcelamento e a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, gerou um aumento de 42% na receita l\u00edquida de juros por meio dos parcelamentos e um aumento de 56% nos solicitantes de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito que respondem a notifica\u00e7\u00f5es de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Integrando os fluxos de trabalho automatizados, o WhatsApp se tornou o principal canal para viabilizar os objetivos do Banco Mandiri de maneiras que atendem as necessidades dos nossos clientes, redirecionam as quest\u00f5es dos agentes ao vivo e aumentam a receita facilitando mais solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito e altera\u00e7\u00f5es nas contas dos clientes atuais&#8221;, revelou Xie.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em 2021, o WhatsApp gerou o maior volume de convers\u00f5es para titulares de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito a uma taxa de quase 43%.
