As pessoas interessadas tiveram de preencher formul\u00e1rios extensos e aguardar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o dos agentes da central de atendimento para que pudessem comprar uma van.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquelas que estavam dispostas a esperar podiam finalizar a compra em cerca de dois dias. A Mercedes-Benz Turquia queria um retorno mais r\u00e1pido. O objetivo era permitir que aqueles que demonstraram um claro interesse em adquirir uma van da Mercedes recebessem as chaves da sua Sprinter, Vito ou Classe V no dia em que entraram em contato.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"a-solucao-combinar-o-alcance-nas-redes-sociais-com-as-mensagens-no-whatsapp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o: combinar o alcance nas redes sociais com as mensagens no WhatsApp<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao pensar em formas de converter cadastros, a Mercedes Benz percebeu rapidamente que o WhatsApp fazia sentido.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 uma das ferramentas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o mais utilizadas na Turquia, com 41 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios do WhatsApp em 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/forecasts\/1146270\/whatsapp-users-in-turkey\" data-creative-detail=\"Statista_WhatsAppUsersInTurkey_Link\" data-creative-type=\"link\" data-ms=\"{&quot;creative&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;creative_detail&quot;:&quot;Statista_WhatsAppUsersInTurkey_Link&quot;}\">de acordo com a Statista<\/a>.<sup class=\"wab-note\" data-title=\"Previs\u00e3o do n\u00famero de usu\u00e1rios do WhatsApp na Turquia de 2017 a 2025, Statista, julho de 2021\">1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como as campanhas digitais da Mercedes-Benz Turquia nas redes sociais estavam captando bem os cadastros, o WhatsApp n\u00e3o deveria descartar esses an\u00fancios. Em vez disso, a empresa pensou que usar o WhatsApp<i> com<\/i> as campanhas nas redes sociais seria a melhor solu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-dominant-color=\"684c3a\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #684c3a;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"842\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg\" alt=\"Duas pessoas andando de carro ao p\u00f4r do sol\" class=\"wp-image-645 not-transparent\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg 842w, https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg?resize=300,169 300w, https:\/\/whatsappbusiness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Body-2-842x474-1306396213523606.jpg?resize=768,432 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para testar a ideia, a Mercedes-Benz Turquia acompanhou o progresso de tr\u00eas campanhas ao longo de um m\u00eas:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>Business as Usual (BAU): <\/b>a atual e inalterada campanha de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de cadastros da empresa sem o WhatsApp (an\u00fancios de redes sociais seguidos de formul\u00e1rios\/espera at\u00e9 que os agentes entrem em contato)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>Clique para o WhatsApp (CTWA):<\/b> uma nova campanha com intera\u00e7\u00f5es diretas no WhatsApp (um an\u00fancio com uma chamada para a\u00e7\u00e3o (CTA) para iniciar uma conversa via WhatsApp)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><b>BAU + CTWA:<\/b> ambas as campanhas funcionando em conjunto (os apps de redes sociais atuais da empresa com uma CTA para iniciar uma conversa no WhatsApp, em vez de preencher um formul\u00e1rio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Mercedes-Benz Turquia integrou a API de Convers\u00f5es da Meta com a Plataforma do WhatsApp Business para que as conex\u00f5es entre os eventos de marketing e as a\u00e7\u00f5es do cliente pudessem ser monitoradas de forma segura.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com cada um dos tr\u00eas m\u00e9todos de campanha, a Mercedes-Benz Turquia testou seis varia\u00e7\u00f5es de an\u00fancios com base em caracter\u00edsticas que atraem os clientes (como recursos do ve\u00edculo). N\u00e3o demorou muito para a Mercedes-Benz Turquia perceber que a campanha combinada era mais eficaz.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"os-resultados-93-de-aumento-nas-conversoes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Os resultados: 93% de aumento nas convers\u00f5es<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usando o WhatsApp junto com os an\u00fancios de redes sociais para facilitar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta com os clientes, a Mercedes-Benz Turquia conseguiu aumentar os cadastros e as convers\u00f5es. Com a nova abordagem h\u00edbrida, em apenas um m\u00eas, a empresa observou o seguinte:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">93% de aumento em convers\u00f5es incrementais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">2,7x mais cadastros qualificados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">78% de redu\u00e7\u00e3o no custo por cadastro qualificado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">44% mais consumidores alcan\u00e7ados com o mesmo investimento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">63% de aumento no n\u00famero de clientes que d\u00e3o o pr\u00f3ximo passo para a compra ap\u00f3s o interesse inicial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Mais de 300 novos cadastros e mais de 100 cadastros incrementais
