Their Story
Tutoring support for students
Sinotif is a private education provider in Indonesia that tutors students in math, physics and chemistry.
Their Goal
Maximizing lead opportunities
Sinotif had been running ads that click to WhatsApp since January 2025, and the ads were delivering a high number of conversations at a low cost per message. But some of those conversations went nowhere. Many people sent one message and never replied, which drained the sales team’s time and resources.
After taking a close look, Sinotif determined the problem wasn’t WhatsApp or the budget. It was the ad creative itself. Sinotif’s initial approach to ads featured a lot of text and focused on the company rather than the audience. Sinotif decided to try a new approach to find out if changing its messaging would change who replied.

“Our team was pleased to see the outcomes. We spent less and received more high-quality leads than the previous year, which reduced our cost per quality lead. The fact that performance remained consistent from January to June, not just during the busiest enrollment season, makes us even happier. We were able to have better conversations with the parents and students who matter most to us.”

Their Solution
Reimagined ad creative
Working with its agency PAKAR Jasa, Sinotif reimagined its creative for 2026. The new ads focused on real academic concerns that parents and students face, such as a child in ninth or twelfth grade preparing for national assessment testing. Anyone who tapped an ad arrived in a conversation with Sinotif on WhatsApp and filled in a short lead form to continue.
Sinotif used a leads tracker to determine if the new approach drove more high-quality leads, which were defined as people who stayed in the conversation or submitted a form on Sinotif’s website. While the new approach cost more per message, it also drove more revenue, and ultimately enabled Sinotif to drive higher revenue on a lower budget.* Performance also became more steady. In 2025, results spiked during typical peak enrollment seasons, but sagged in between. In 2026, the new creative approach helped drive consistent performance, month after month.
Their Success
Higher-quality leads at lower cost
Sinotif compared January–June 2026 performance against the same time period in 2025 and reported:

- 16% more high-quality leads from ads that click to WhatsApp*
- 32% less spend on ads that click to WhatsApp*
- 41% lower cost per high-quality lead from ads that click to WhatsApp*
*Results are self-reported and not identifiably repeatable. Generally expected individual results will differ.
“At PAKAR Jasa, we understood that the challenge for Sinotif was never about getting more conversations, but about getting the right ones. Parents and students choosing a learning program want a personal conversation before they commit. By shifting the creative from hard selling to relatable stories, we grew high-quality leads on a smaller budget.”
