Through structured career coaching, exam-focused resources and personal mentoring on its mobile app, Learnwise gives students practical tools to help them reach their goals. The company says many of its customers had to abandon their degree programs earlier in life due to challenging circumstances, and now use Learnwise to help them focus and get back on track.

Since many potential Learnwise customers lead very busy lives, they often feel overwhelmed by their higher education options and anxious about returning to school or taking exams. This can lead to indecision about where to start. Prioritizing high-intent customers
Learnwise built the new qualifying experience using WhatsApp Flows in ads that click to WhatsApp. The company constructed the WhatsApp Flows experience directly in Ads Manager during the ad setup experience. Instead of entering an open-ended conversation with a counselor after clicking one of Learnwise’s ads, prospective customers entered a short, automated conversation with the company on WhatsApp (designed with WhatsApp Flows) that asked a series of questions about their education level, desired program and reason for wanting to learn more.
Learnwise used this information to develop a structured learner profile that helped counselors immediately identify customers who might be a strong fit, customers who need more information, and customers who are casually exploring. The team was able to prioritize high-intent conversations for quick, in-person follow-up, and route those conversations to the appropriate counselor.
