Cartão de Todos (“Card for All”) is a membership-only benefits card that gives low-income Brazilian families and individuals access to discounts on health care, education services and entertainment. It’s one of the largest private social discount programs in Brazil, with more than 20 million members as of June 2025

The sales and customer support teams for Cartão de Todos regularly interact with potential new customers and cardholders through conversations on its WhatsApp channel. Cartão de Todos also offers phone support, but noticed that some customers stopped responding when a sales or support representative offered to call them to talk more about the product or resolve their issue.
